Very upset this week i did all my workouts and gained back 3 pounds i lost last. Feel like giving up this week.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Charlene, don't let giving up be an option!! Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. I too was thinking the scale wasn't showing all the hard work I put in, thought I would be dropping bigger numbers but I had my measurements redone from when I first started my regimine and I gained 6% muscle. You may also be losing inches, I try to weigh myself every two weeks instead of one. You got this!!

Don't you dare missy!!! WERE IN THIS TOGETHER!! I'm SO SO SO proud that you did all your exercise, but REMEMBER, this isn't just a 'now' thing, it's an ALWAYS thing. You're always gonna have to work out and watch what you eat, that's part of the journey of life. Giving up is just proving you don't mean it, and I KNOW YOU MEAN IT. and you CAN do this. Make me proud, and show me what you have to brag about. I know blah blah blah water weight and all that crap, it SUCKS to see numbers come back, but just think, your fluctuations will always decrease. So you keep at what you're doing, and WHAMMY next thing you know you have a new low, and your 'high' is your OLD low. Let's do this together :) Be my buddy?
