So I weighed in and saw I was 90.6kg so a drop in 3.3kg in 2 weeks of eating properly and some exercises. Can't wait to reach my 2month goal and reach my 75kg before heading off to Canada and start a new life.
90.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
