Now a days.. I used detox water and do intermittent fasting.. I do breakfast at 11am before breakfast I use fat cutter drink usely use in summer drink like cucumber ginger mint leave.. Blend all ingredients and drink.. Cucumbers have a lot fiber that full you for many time..

Nothing special, just try to control sugary habits and overeating, plus regular exercise (I regularly do jogging and walking every morning). You need to persevere...
