My weight has been doing the yo-yo trick since February. Last week I decided I have to get back on track. I cut out sugar completely - that is refined sugar, but still have fruit etc. I lost 3lbs this past week and am committed to loose all the weight I have gained. I must admit that I feel much better as well.
