I quit smoking 03/02/13 and find I am craving sweets and carbs. I hoped not to exceed 190 but hv been unsuccessful. With almost a month down (w 2 cheat days), I hope to get back down to the mid180s by the end of april. Some changes I am considering include 1) walk dogs 2) limited or no takeout food 3) yoga & 4) incrs water intake.
