Holding Steady! unable to workout because i was sick with a cold. However, prior to getting sick i ran my fastest 10k ever. 50'23". By the spring i hope to break the 48 minute barrier and by spring the following year I hope to break 45 minutes! Well I hope all is well with everyone else. Keep fighting the godo fight!
79.8 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
