Baru hari ini sarapan nasi kuning gaes **ngatuk paraahh.... , maaf ya aku tobat hindari makan nasi(putih, kuning,merah,coklat) karna masih obesity bmi 29😿 dan ga ngegym. Ingat rumus,80 persen eatclean 20persen fun food. **siap2 malam tahun baru 😻
