kemaren sempet 76,5 emang fluktuatif karna makanan, tapi kita harus catet mknan apa. Kemaren2 tuh aku kebanyakan karbo, udah makan oat tapi makan nasi, mie, kue2 dari tepung beras. Dan prochiz sekotak buat ngemil.💥💥💥☠️
