sentuh FS kalo sempet doang.. turun juga.. walaupun turunnya cm kepleset 🤣. lambat emang ni.. gpp, masih belajar diet yg benar, pelan2. sekarang aku mampu naik ke lantai 7 pake tangga, tanpa gendong anak. kalo sambil gendong anak baru mampu sampe lantai 3. semangat 💪
