I am motivated now. Every amount of weight loss will make my stomach less and release pressure on my rib cage and let me breathe better. On the negative side is that Thanksgiving is this week and I am cooking and I love pumpkin pie and dressing and sweet potatoes. Having game hens. I will just have to try really hard and visualize that the food adds weight back onto my already large stomach.
