Retired. Married 63 years.I need to loose 15-20# for better stamina, future health and clothes fit. 84 years old but don't appear to look it. I am living in area with snow and ice so cant walk outside in winter weather. Last summer averaged 93 degrees and bad air quality, so didn't walk. I dislike gyms. I do have a treadmill that bores me. I have been on almost every diet possible, but gain it back. This time, I am doing it for my health issues (acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, arthritis, some neuropathy, and some other age related aches and pains).I have developed a pregnant looking stomach, which I never had before. This has made me wear clothes that are loose over my stomach. Bras or any type of confinement over my middle hurt my rib cage area terribly. I was medically checked as I thought for certain that I had to have a large tumor inside. I was told it is fat packed in my abdomen. My biggest problem is that I like to eat and I dislike exercise. These are the 2 methods that people need to do to lose weight. I hope I'll stick to Fat Secret this time. I see that it has many success stories. I joined a few years ago and gave it up as I couldn't do it with my husband eating junk food that I like around me continually. He is thin, no matter what he eats.
