Feel for you my friend. Have had similar happen. At this time you have enough worry in your life. So, if there's a little gain, don't stress. That too will pass and when life starts to return to normal, so will your weight loss journey. Best wishes.

I’m so sorry you both are going through this. It’s very hard to make the best choices when stressed and eating out (I’m guessing you’ve had a few meals away from home). Great job getting back to plan today!

I understand you totally. I was in hospital two months ago for my partner's operation. everyone told me it's a small operation and he could go home right after the surgery.... but the thing didn't go well at all, my partner end up had to stay in hospital for two weeks... all I was doing is eating and eating junk food (like instant noodles).
I totally understand your situation and I'm praying for you and your partner.😊😊😊
