ya ampun aku kaget, ini seriusan turun 2kg 1 hari? kmrn aku nimbang 54,6 nimbangnya pagi2 jg sblm makan, pdhl blm BAB, kok cepet bgt turunnnya aku coba nimbang betkali2 takutnya error timbangannya kmrn aku cmn makan 700san kalori n olahraga keras sih usahaku g sia2 alhamdulilah deh bisa turun drastis hehehe soalnya lgi ngejar target semoga hari ini bisa turun lagi semoga bab nya lancar, soalnya klo lgi diet suka g lancar babnya
