I was doing so well and then, saw this nice big fluffy bagel, just like I like them, and had to have one. I figured since I lost 4lbs in 2 wks I deserved it. Yeah right !! anyway, at least i got it out the way.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Next time...consider that you deserve a great body instead of any treats that pull you off the diet path. Just changing your perspective may help prevent the next urge.

thank you, that's a good way to look at it -I will try next time the oreo cookies are calling me. They've been calling me for 2 days now and I keep ignoring them. sooooo close.
