Today is once again the first day of trying again. I did so well last year and blew it in no time. I swore to myself that was the last time I would diet because I would make sure I wouldn't gain the weight but didn't follow thru. I do lack a lot of motivation this time as I've been trying to eat well all summer. Ok, here we go again

i think i've been doing ok. i'm not being very strict but i'm not being too bad either. i'm good for most of the day and then i have the same dinner as my family. so that's really been the only bad thing i've been doing other than that it's going well. the scale says i already lost 1.3 lbs. i guess only time will tell.
