Totally understand the increase on thighs and hips. Heavy leg days last week Thursday and Friday. I also didn’t hold on to as much water after my strength days as I usually do which makes me assume that my body is finally getting used to the training. Yesterday marked 6 weeks of HIIT.
Dietician told me to log my weekly average weight-as I weigh everyday-to track more accurate readings on the app. If my overall weekly average is decreasing then I’m on the right track. So while today I weigh 86,4KG my average last week was 86,6KG which is what I’ll log in.
Overall, it’s been a great week. Can’t wait for the day my waist hits 79cm!!! Until then, we keep on pushing.
