I haven't lost anymore weight, but I have lost inches. I am fitting into some of my skinny outfits (not all, but some). I'm really happy that this one skirt that I use to love to wear is wearable again. I'm getting there, slowly but surely. That's a good thing because maybe I'll actually keep the weight off then.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
