My challenges that I had joined started during the week that I had my foot resting due to the whole injury thing. So, now that I'm well enough to work out again I'm playing catch up on the challenges. So, this morning I went out walking/jogging. I'll tell you what. I was pouring sweat when I got home because it is just way too hot outside! But, the exercise was worth it. I feel energized and ready to face the day. I feel good about today and everything that may come with it. I've also lost a little more weight. I guess I just jump started it when I started exercising/dieting all over again this week. I can do this.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
