I'm feeling bloated. I have gained since last weigh-in. I hope this just water weight. I am on my period. I always gain during my period. Most of the time it's just water that I retain for some odd reason that my body feels necessary to do so.
I'm trying hard to say on my low-carb diet. But, sometimes a second bite of chocolate is too appealing. My family eats at sonic a lot. We eat at sonic because the practically pay us to. We are part of their 'club' and we get sent taste testing invites. When we do the tests, they gives each a forty-dollar gift card to their drive-in. We have a sonic near us within walking distance. What can I do? All of their options have carbs either through breading or bun. I have tried a grilled chicken sandwich with the top bun taken off(my mother ate it). And today I ate only the filling of a chicken wrap. Sonic also feeds my soda pop addiction. They have a 'happy hour', which is two hours long, during which you get half off your soda. They also have tea. I don't know why I choose soda over tea. I like tea, too.
I feel myself slowly drifting off course. I go to the store and every sugar, starchy and junky food looks almost too good to resist. These sugar cravings are intense and alarming. I think it means I have not been keeping my carbs low enough. I also think it's the soda that's giving me cravings. Bad soda!!!!
