need to start writing down what i eat and getting all of my food in i am now just eating 2 protiens two starches and 2 fruits along with 2 veg. and 1 fat 1 dairy im now on the purple code sheet not loosing as fast as i was in the beginnig of program i go up and down with weight by 3 pounds when weighing in dont get it .
93.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

started with weigh in on april 23 and lost 18.pounds in 3 months ans 1 week loosing 1 ans 3 tenths of a pound every week it has slowed down alot do you think i need to do a boost drink?
