lebaran naik 2kilo selama 2minggu, kemarin masih berkunjung ke sodara di luar kota makan jg yg berlemak n susah ngontrol, baik lah hari ini ngitung kalori lg, meskipun masih blm bisa menghindari minyak berlebih, bismillah
