Yea! 5 down 93 to go. I do feel better than I did a week ago. This site and the Atkins community site have been great support. I took measurements last week but think I'll wait another week or two to take them again or when/if the weight isn't dropping a lot.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
