It's been a frustrating couple weeks. I am conflicted because I am not loosing much. Based on everything I have read I am not sure if I should be adjusting calories up (is my intake too low) or adjust down because it's too much.

So confusing!

I have decided to get back to the exercise routine though and have been using the ball and have been doing a lot of crunches etc.
54.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
