Tiap hari beda beda seh... Tiap sesi 2jam Day 1. Leg workout -Squat, maks beban 2x berat badan, 4 set -Legpress, maks beban cm bisa 120kg, krn mesinnya cm mampu segitu, 4 set -Deadlift, maks beban 2x berat badadn, 4set -Legcurl dan Legs extension, masing 4 set -Bicep/tricep Day 2. Back workout -Lat pull down, maks beban 120kg, 4 set -Barbelrow, maks beban 120kg, 4set -Shoulderpress, maks beban kiri 50, kanan 50, 4set.. Day 3. Off Day 4. Chest workout

Mantapp..lagi bulking ya kak? Aku jg sama kasusnya, bb ga nambah2, cenderung tetap bahkan turun..kata orang2 krn kebanyakan olahraga 😂

Iya pengen lean bulk ke 65kg, mau coba dulu ON /OFF, sehari latihan sehari libur. Klo skr kan 2 hari latihan sehari libur, kadang malah gak mau libur 😀😀
