-Legpress, maks beban cm bisa 120kg, krn mesinnya cm mampu segitu, 4 set
-Deadlift, maks beban 2x berat badadn, 4set
-Legcurl dan Legs extension, masing 4 set
-Bicep/tricep
Day 2. Back workout
-Lat pull down, maks beban 120kg, 4 set
-Barbelrow, maks beban 120kg, 4set
-Shoulderpress, maks beban kiri 50, kanan 50, 4set..
Day 3. Off

Mantapp..lagi bulking ya kak? Aku jg sama kasusnya, bb ga nambah2, cenderung tetap bahkan turun..kata orang2 krn kebanyakan olahraga 😂

Iya pengen lean bulk ke 65kg, mau coba dulu ON /OFF, sehari latihan sehari libur. Klo skr kan 2 hari latihan sehari libur, kadang malah gak mau libur 😀😀
