I started doing intermittent fasting & lost to 170, then returned home from Christmas with the Grandchildren & slowed down & broke the fast. I’m picking back up with the fast but nights are tough! Still staying away from carbs & sweets(sugar-poison)! Thanks to the Lord every moment! God Bless you all in this Lenten season.
