I started doing intermittent fasting & lost to 170, then returned home from Christmas with the Grandchildren & slowed down & broke the fast. I’m picking back up with the fast but nights are tough! Still staying away from carbs & sweets(sugar-poison)! Thanks to the Lord every moment! God Bless you all in this Lenten season.

Well, bouncing between 200 & 198lbs, I’m adding 1000 calorie restriction plus no eating before 11am & not after 7pm. It’s no problem to cut earlier eating out, it’s the after 7pm that’s hard. I’m sticking with it so far. Not hungry or cranky. Going to Physical Therapy 2x a week is helpful but having lots of spasms doesn’t make it easy. I think my edema in my legs is making it difficult to just start mega loss. Well, I’m not giving up! No surrender...

I’ve been up & down for all this time but doing intermittent fasting for about a month kick started good loss! See? Down to 200!
(Actually I was below 200(198), a week ago, can’t say, well, too many macadamia nuts!)
I pray that this loss continues, with Physical Therapy twice a week. It’s helping.

I’m at 228.6 yeah! My edema is reversing but I’m having a lot of spasms. I’m staying on my Keto diet! My new lifestyle. My husband says he won’t eat Keto for Thanksgiving! I say Ha! I will make Keto dishes & he won’t even know!

Blood ketones only 0.3 still, Blood glucose 92
that’s higher than I want it!
I didn’t take my hydrocortisone yesterday morning(still in med slot). I did take my 3pm dose! (That’s how Zi know my 7am dose was STILL in the pill box for 7am😫!
I’m drinking bulletproof coffee for a fast(MCT in it) Let’s see if tomorrow my ketones are up!
