I've stopped losing weight again but still feel like my body is changing. It's a little frustrating when the number doesn't reflect the feelings or effort. I had a sciatic injury for a full week and couldn't go to yoga or dance class, so that didn't help. I've started an exercise routine now as well. Combination of circuit training and cardio. We shall see.
