Been eating less, cut out sweetened coconut milk and all the snow has me shoveling a lot!

It's not the dramatic loss I was hoping for but I'm definitely moving steadily in the right direction, while not feeling deprived. Am feeling a little depressed right now though. I think it's winter blahs.

I've stopped losing weight again but still feel like my body is changing. It's a little frustrating when the number doesn't reflect the feelings or effort. I had a sciatic injury for a full week and couldn't go to yoga or dance class, so that didn't help. I've started an exercise routine now as well. Combination of circuit training and cardio. We shall see.

Even though I've only lost 4 pounds so far, I can see noticeable differences. Maybe I shouldn't let the scale be the judge of my progress. but how my clothes fit and how I feel about myself. I'm wearing the same clothes in each picture (except tights but tights are same brand and size, just diff colour). My shirt would not go down past my belly before and now it does. Progress after all!

1500 cals a day. No sugar or grain. Lots of water. No processed food. I felt like I was losing so much. But my weight is only a pound lost this week. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic. Just going to keep eating right and hope my body realizes it and lets the weight go.
