It's been a challenge this week. Not the diet part, that was great. But, I hurt my foot and haven't been able to workout or walk. I'm so sorry I couldn't help you guys with mileage this week!
64.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
