I think my weight is only up a few pounds because I ate salty ham yesterday. But still, it's time to go after the 130s! I've been in the 140s for over six months!

It's been a challenge this week. Not the diet part, that was great. But, I hurt my foot and haven't been able to workout or walk. I'm so sorry I couldn't help you guys with mileage this week!

It's been a great week as I begin the Biggest Loser Challenge! I have lost two pounds while eating well! I walked, ran, did yoga or step aerobics every day this week except yesterday! I'm very proud that I've gotten right back on track!
