1500 cals a day. No sugar or grain. Lots of water. No processed food. I felt like I was losing so much. But my weight is only a pound lost this week. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic. Just going to keep eating right and hope my body realizes it and lets the weight go.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

I think this is a crucial moment to stay on track. Because at this stage the cells are shrinking and if you give up they will be back at where they were. So stay strong and this way your cells will truly shrink and your weight will drop. Because big cells get filled rapidly, once they shrink from fat loss this will be your true weight.

thank you! I am having no problem staying on track, so I think I will be good. No cravings for sugar or anything. I feel really good about what I'm doing! thank you for your encouragement bianca!
