I allowed Christmas to take me off track. Now I'm trying paleo lifestyle. Still only 3 days in, so there is no weight change yet.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Dairy is okay if it is grass-fed. No bad oils. No lentils or beans or grains. Yes I think you are getting it right! Just make sure you put in lots of natural, Whole Foods that don't include grain and have lots of good fat in them.
