Well I ate too many carbs over the weekend.
Starting today on Crack the fat loss code. Its carb cycling and I did well a few years ago. I feel like it will give me the most flexibility as I will be allowed carbs on a changing schedule.
I really need to get a grip on my weight
98.0 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
