I have to say I have been on a depression binge eating spree. I wake in the morning feeling miserable for what I am doing to myself.
my husband lost his job again last week and I have done nothing but eat since.
I am really going to focus on making myself healthy again.
I have been eating at 10 at night when I finally get home and that is way to late.
Sunday night I will begin the Pruvit 60 hour Reboot to clean my system and start fresh.
Hopefully I can learn to stop sabotaging myself.
95.1 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m so sorry your hub’s lost his job. I pray he get a new job, a better job, very soon. And try not to be so hard on yourself. Pick yourself up and dust yourself off. You can do this losing weight thing.💗

Thanks, he first lost his job over 2 years ago. Got a job in July and lost it last week. I just see me being able to retire slipping away.
