Hopefully I can keep up with my 30 minutes of exercise a day once back to work. It wasn’t until I got my Apple Watch that I realized how much effort was involved to get 30 minutes of exercise. Apparently my long walks burned calories, but didn’t register as exercise on my watch. Really helped me get more active and get my heart pumping.
