Today I restart this weight loss journey and take positive steps towards taking better care of me. I can not keep putting everything and everyone before me in this regard. If I fail to take of me, I will not be here to care for the ones I love or do the things I love to do. The rewards WILL be great! First goal, lose 20 lbs., earn a new pair of shoes!
137.2 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
