Seminggu pas puasa n lebaran gak kontrol makanan, emang sengaja mau nikmatin makan2 bareng keluarga, back on track lagi sekarang..
64 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
