This week I am 46.7kg. I weigh everday in morning and when I eat about 900kcal I will gain about 47.3kg, but in the next morning will be 46.7kg. It is such a good results for me because I am now consistent on my food intake and the amount of taking in and taking out.
I drink enough water, just to ensure my urine is not yellowish that will be great for me. To those friends in Fat Secret..don't give up! Keep surviving.
But one honest advice that I would like to share is please consume good supplement to make your effort paid off amazingly. In my case, for 6 weeks, I consume Soygreen, a non GMO product, and now I am in week 11, i did not take any soygreen because I already finish it up and it proves that good product or good nutrition will help us to sustain our weight, without bouncing the numbers up, up, and up.
I am glad I am having a healthy life now, eat clean and light exercise.

My life has changed when I started to cook 211 meal and consume Soygreen for my health benefits. I lose 10kg in total and now I am 46.2kg after week 10. It is not impossible when you take a small step to change.
