IT IS A STRUGGLE SOMETIME TO STAY ON THE STRQAIGHT AND NARROW.THINGS HAPPEN TO US THAT IS TOTALLY OUT OF OUR CONTROL. TRYING TO GET TO 160 HAS BEEN THE HARDEST STRUGGLE.

today I had 80 ounces of water, i had 1 pancake, 2 pices of bacon , 4 ounces of milk, apple, 1 hotdog on a bun
