Day 1 - Week 1
No binges today and I managed to successfully deploy coping skills such as distraction, soothing, and a few others. Change of mindset that brought me here included noting that working on my binge eating isn't a quick, short term thing and this thinking prompted me to mentally give myself five weeks to sort it out.
Calories weren't "good" per say, but they satiated me and there are a few obvious things I am going to work on removing once I'm better equipped to deal with the sugar cravings (specifically the 420 calories of watermelon and low calorie whipped cream I consumed.)
Feeling positive in a general sense, especially having changed my goals to better reflect reality. We'll see how it goes from here.
