San Fran Bay to Oregon transplant currently dealing with Binge Eating Disorder among other glorious mental illnesses of our age. Trying different "tricks" and meal plans to try to figure out what works for me in regards to these insidious anxiety producing migraines. Otherwise, a thank you to notelaine for the following template that I've used to catalog my milestones:


1. Stabilize meal plan (success is measured as avoiding a binge for five weeks.)

Week 1 - Sep. 5th 2016 - IN PROGRESS
Week 2
Week 3
Week 4
Week 5

2. Progress to 1600 calorie per day meal plan.
3. Weight goals commence:

- 209 lbs - BMI becomes overweight as opposed to obese
- 199 lbs - First time since being a child I will weigh below 200 lbs. Also prompts me to re-evaluate my ability to perform general exercise.
- 174 lbs - Normal BMI of 25 for 5' 10'' Signals the need for a DEXA scan to precisely map my body fat to lean tissue ratio / percentage.

4. At a healthy BMI, goals switch to obtaining a specific body fat percentage (while hopefully having already begun weight training and more intense cardio:)

Goal #1 20% body fat
Goal #2 15% body fat
Goal #3 8 - 11% body fat.
