I'm incredibly frustrated. I've been at 155-156 for about a month. When I reach these plateaus, I just want to give up. Yet, I REALLY WANT these last 15 pounds GONE! I know I need to start journaling my food daily. More than likely, I'm going over my carb limit. I need to be more aware of this. I need to start excercising. I need to stay committed, but it's hard...really hard. :(
