So I left my lunch at home along with all of my snacks for the day. Now the pressure is on to make good choices today. Grabbed a Sweet and Salty Peanut granola bar for breakfast--170 calories.
Will probably have a sourdough pretzel or 2 for a snack. Then I just have to figure out what to do for lunch and an afternoon snack. Maybe I will just go to the produce store and buy some fruit and vegetables.

I felt like I had a pretty good week, but once again the scale didn't reflect it. Not exactly sure what I am doing wrong.

So this morning's weigh in was better than I thought--my unoffical weigh in was 204.00 (but I still have my officaly weigh in on Thursday--and the scale at work seems to be higher than home). But I am hoping the results are still good!
I am slowly approaching the 200 mark! I can't wait for the first number to change--and to NEVER change back again! Hopefully I am out of the 200's by the end of June for good!

So, I am seriously dreading my weigh in tomorrow morning. My fiance and I weigh in on Monday mornings, and then I do my "offical" weigh in at work on Thursday for our Biggest Loser club. I had a pretty ok week, but I am afraid of this weekend. I haven't been to the gym since Wednesday night and last night I went to a pig roast. I didn't over stuff myself, but nothing I ate was to healthy and I had 5 beers--not to mention that we stopped at WAWA at the way home and I had a chicken salsa flatbread at midnight and then went to bed.
I just hope that the numbers at too bad.
