NOt exactly sure what happened. I didn't make it the gym on Mon/Wed but I went Fri/Sun. I didn't eat over my calories except maybe Saturday--and even then it wasn't way over. I walked for over an hour on Thursday night. I just don't get it. Weeks like this make it hard to stay focused. I can handle a gain when I except it or know that I had a few off days.
Hopefully this just means a bigger loss next week...

I am under 200 POUNDS! I will NEVER EVER see a 2 as the first number!!! I am so excited! It's a big milestone in my journey of being healthy! Next goal is 175! Now I feel like I really can do this!

So I am one day away from my weekly weigh in and I feel like it's going to be a not so good week. Going to the gym tonight--hoping to make it a good workout.
I am having a hard time finding any motivation. The past few days I have been having bad thoughts--thoughts that got me to where I am. Thoughts like--It's genetic--my whole family is fat so why even bother.
I think part of it was that I saw my family this weekend--I haven't seen them since before Easter and that was almost 20 pounds ago--and not one person said anything. In fact--one family member asked me if I was planning on lossing weight before my wedding. So I guess that's part of why I feel like no matter what I do--I will always be fat.
I know I will get over it--but it's just been a hard couple of days.
