For all you weight lifters out there my son just texted me a good one. He started lifting in middle school all through high school quit awhile and the past 9 months to a year hit it really serious again. It’s something he really enjoys. And though , we his family have pointed out how his body is changing , since the scale hasn’t dropped a great deal he dismissed our view until this mornings regular yearly check-up!! The nurse went to take his blood pressure this AM and the cuff shot off like it was live wired!! 🤣🤣 My son finally believes he’s got some muscles on those arms!! Heck!! They look like anvils!!
Haven’t heard if they got a BP , but the flying BP cuff is a sweet image I am enjoying with my morning coffee!!😂😂👍

So I was walking with my sissy , everyone else still sleeping. Had my shower, took my AM pills, raring to go get out in nature. About halfway way done I get this pain in my chest that just about knocked me out. My sister offered to get to our house and drive me home but the heck with that, I was finishing my walk. Well it’s a good week for questions. I am seeing 3 doctors this week.
This thing doesn’t want to let go. Fooey on that!
Let’s be stubborn for us!! We are worth it!!
I read JD Robb and Lt Eve Dallas’s partner Detective Peabody always says loose pants as her mantra!! Loose jeans works just as well!!
I wish everyone loose pants, and fun shopping in their closets, finding all the things you don’t think will fit are big on you!! Happy Hunting!!💖

So they told me in hospital my body is fighting my body. I get a procedure , and whoop right to sepsis! Like immediately! I lose the ability to walk cuz my platelets drop to nil. All my organs suffer.I can’t tell you how many antibiotics it took. The nausea. It was horrible.
But I am walking with my cane outside. In my house I have walls, and counters. So I graduated to cane free in house!! Feels like such an accomplishment! My mom used to hate us sleeping in. Even if you were up all night with a virus or flu. She never let you stay in bed. She’d say the bed eats you get up.
It sure does. Yesterday I got up. Got dressed. Walked. Shopped. Was mom. Made salad. Cooked dinner. Could see my family take a big breath ,and smile! Mom’s back and her ass is going to remain back!! I promise you, my FS Family, and my Family that!! Blessings to you all!!
