I still put sugar in my first coffee. I had ALMOST made it completely sugar free... then on a Sunday Morning.. I wanted the sweet to sip and enjoy. Now, it feels like I'm starting all over again to get my coffee sans sugar again... So, for now... I'm going to just let it go as it is. My weightloss has been stead and stress free.. I'd like to keep it that way. It seems that this one sugar drink isn't impeding my progress.. In the future, however, this may change... Remaining stress free and pushing toward goal after goal... Of course, I have some difficult days here and there, resisting urges... but I make it through and keep trucking along.. CICO.. CICO... CICO...

BIRTHDAY MONTH FREEBIES!!!
Woo hoo.. the Challenge has started :D
Each year, I try to snag all the Birthday Freebies I can... My free Red Robin Burger, Ruby Tuesday Burger, iHop Breakfast, Sephora Makeup, mostly all Food Food Food!!!
However....
This year...
I have to plan all these calories... No just hoggin it all in like a piggy!!
Day one... I got a notice from Auntie Annes for my free pretzel. I'm combing over the menu, nutritional values... piece by piece.. to see what I can get for the best bang for my buck...
Looks like, just a plain, regular pretzel will eat up 1/3 of my calories for the day. For only a little more calories, I can have the pretzel dog, which would be a little bit more enjoyable.
Decisions decisions....
**EDIT**
Opted for the mini pretzel dogs and split them in half with a co-worker. Mmmmm mmmm good :D

Started to go back in time and record all the food I've been tracking since I started.. but realized that I don't always track veggies or fruits... They're consider 0 points with WW so it won't be an accurate record of what I've eaten if I just add what I've tracked. But... I'm going to try, from this day forward, to also record my food here.. so anyone who is curious can see what an average day for me looks like...

Halloween!!!
Candy Candy Candy
What's a fatty to do?? Well, this is what we're gonna do.
Grab a little sandwich bag to keep in our pockets, any bag.
Each and every piece of candy we can't resist...
KEEP THE WRAPPER in that bag.
Just because we don't track it, doesn't mean it won't stick to the hips. Many of us do it, a quick candy, don't track it, it's almost as if it doesn't exist!
So keep that little baggy in your pocket, in your purse, nearby... Each candy we have, collect the wrappers... Don't forget, and don't lose track, and be honest with how much we're dipping our feet into the pool, or if we're diving right into to a giant sea of chocolate.
Nothing wrong with a piece here or there.. but that's it.. a piece...

I'm almost 5 months ahead of schedule planned with an easy 1 pound loss per week, although for the past 8 weeks, I've averaged 2.6 pound loss per week.

Today is October 29 and I'm 4 pounds from this goal.
If I plateau from now through the holiday, through the new year, I would still be at an average 1 pound loss per week, as long as I lose 4 pounds by March 2017.
Plan going forward -- Continue counting calories in and calories out. Weight Watchers meetings make it easy to stay focused. Weight Watchers points also make it easier to count.
I have to decide when I'm going to have the discipline for strength training.
