Although I weight myself every day.... only Saturday's weight counts. Today is the first time since I've started, that I weighed myself and I'm up a little bit. Going to have to work extra hard this week, because I REALLY want to lose another 1.8 pounds this week so I can break that 25 lb lost milestone. THEN if I have a little raise, I'll be ok.... Not sure why but I've been craving CABBAGE.. of all things.. Last night I cut a head of cabbage and cooked it up an ate it. not the whole head.. lol but maybe 1/3 of it. I could still go for more.. I wonder if I'm lacking a particular mineral or vitamin right now... but.. SOMETHING is surely going on inside here!!

HUGE Giftbox for our office from the Manager at Godiva. mmmmm... Getting it out of here.. We don't want that stuff.. giving it to the maintenance department. I did, however, take two pieces, valued at 210 calories / 5 WW points. But it was still a very nice gesture :)

HUGE breakfast today!! I even had a bagel. I'm not intentionally on a "Low Carb" Diet, but I rarely have them intentionally as part of my meals. I don't do pasta, bread, rice, etc or should I say, very rarely... This is because I found that many times I over ate, was when I was eating carbs.. so cutting them out has been very easy. I mostly only eat carbs found naturally in foods now... such as veggies, fruits, etc... Today, however, those bagels have been in my freezer for months. I wanted something to sop up the yolk from my eggs. So I had a bagel. HUGE breakfast. Gonna have to be very careful with my intake for the rest of the day.. it was soooooo delicious :D

ohhhh... my poor mother... I've been wanting a scale like the one Draglist has. I want one that tells me water, fat, etc etc... I got excited, because my mother told me she had one from a friend. I waited a couple weeks to get it.
Well, I met up with her today... and got it.
I took one look at it....
I said...
Mom.. this is a regular scale...
She says.. NO!! LOOK!!!
... and she steps on it...
I said.. Mom.. this is a regular scale.. It's just going to say your weight..
She says.. No No No! You're on a diet, so you weigh yourself, then you weigh yourself again later, and any weight you gained is water weight! That's how you know!

Weigh in day. I'm usually there by now.. but.. I still need to wake up, and have some coffee. My meeting starts at 7:30am usually. But I'm gonna hit the 9am instead. My scale at home seems to be a little more forgiving than the scale at WW. At home here now, I'm 263. but that doesn't matter.... because the WW scale is what matters.. and there's no way I'm down 3.6 pounds for the week. Home scale is just a guide to make sure I'm going down, but.... clearly isn't accurate... Anyway, enjoying my coffee.... really really hoping that by next week, I hit my 25lb goal. but if I don't, that's ok.. still ahead of schedule...
