Surprised! I havent been even attempting to track my food. Ive actually been rather unhealthy in that department because Ive been so busy. Basically eating once or twice a day and drinking lots of energy drinks. NOT healthy. But on a positive note, Ive been getting more exercise. Trying to walk/run at least every other day.

Not much to say this week. havent been doing bad but havent been doing great. just making better food choices most of the time, but allowing myself bad ones. Went for a walk/run a few days ago. Its hard to fit in exercise with work and school.

I was pleasantly surprised when I weighed in today. I haven't been tracking my food or exercising. I wasn't going crazy or anything, just not really focusing on it.

We'll see how this week goes. Relay for Life this weekend.

Wow. I gained almost 5 lbs in one week. That's depressing. But I have no one to blame but myself. I have no self control what-so-ever. ugh. I would say "back to it this week" but I feel like I say that every week. Will I ever change?

My week was so so. I ate fairly good most of the day but im having problems with dinner. my grandma usually cooks dinner and its amazing so I always overeat. I need to work on self control and portion size. On a good note, I went to the gym a few times this week.
