Getting back to Cardio is helping alot , 0.2 KG drop each day , you have one body , know it well and take care of it

I did a 30 day cardio challenge and after that weight loss pace got a little slow with diet only , i started that challenge again for 1 more time , but this time it's a bit easier after a big struggle to drop from 90+ kgs in 70s.
