so far i already jogged on the wii for 8.293 mi. i will try to do more later but won't feel bad if i don't get to it. had hot chocolate since it's snowing and i was out there shoveling.

so today was a really good day. not so much with my eating. i can't seem to get into it. but i went to buy a skirt and ended up buying a size 6. i was so excited i called my sister just to tell her. didn't get to exercise today b/se of work but will make it up tomorrow. had a croisant for breakfast and lunch, blueberries, 4 pieces of home made chocolate (as if it justifies me eating it) chicken and stuffing for dinner.

So how can i start the day so well and blow it by the afternoon. I had a good morning, then not a so great lunch but dinner was a killer. took the kids to friendly's b/se i was too lazy to make something and ended up having a bacon cheeseburger with fries. not only that but the ice cream was included so might as well. that was dumb. i should have skipped it but oh, well. the sad part is that i'm not even big on ice cream but i do love their brownie sunday. i should probably stay away from there. go to a diner or something. i need to get back on track. wii fit 1/2 hour step and jogging for 8.445 mi

so, today was an ok day. i did well up until the point they had a mini baby shower for a friend and i ended up eating stuff i shouldn't have. i tried to make it up during dinner by not having anything too big. so i had about 4 pieces of california roll and 4 pieces of tuna. then i had an apple. i did splurge but i think i made up a little ground with with my so called dinner. didn't get to exercise as i work 2 jobs and today i did both from 8 to 11p.m. i'll make it up tomorrow.

So today is the first day (again) of me trying to be good. I guess i wasn't. i had pringles and baked ziti for dinner. I don't feel so guilty about the baked ziti as i do want to have dinner with my family. i, however, didn't have my usual 2 huge servings, instead i had 1 good size.oh, i had soda also. i know, i'll do better tomorrow. did my wii fit for 1 hour and jogged in place for 8.285 mi.
